Frequently Asked Questions
If you're considering whether this is the right fit for your family, these are the questions most parents ask first.
-
Yes. Many parents arrive unsure of exactly what they're looking at — that's precisely what this process is designed to help with. The best place to start is the application. It gives Roisin a clear picture of your situation and from there she'll recommend the right next step for your family.
-
Most families who come to Behaviour for Learning have already tried multiple approaches. The issue is rarely effort — it's that the real driver of the behaviour hasn't been properly identified yet.
When you understand what's actually behind the behaviour, the right response becomes much clearer. That's where this process begins.
-
No. Many families I support are exploring concerns, waiting for assessment, newly diagnosed, or simply feeling overwhelmed by behaviour that doesn't make sense.
Support is tailored to the child and family dynamic — not to a diagnosis label.
-
Start by submitting an application Here. It takes around 10 minutes. Roisin reviews every application personally and responds with a clear recommendation for your family's best next step.
-
No. The application is the starting point — it helps Roisin understand your situation before any conversation takes place. From there, she'll recommend the most appropriate next step for your family.
-
The Clarity Call is a focused 15-minute conversation that follows a successful application. It's an opportunity to discuss your situation directly, confirm that working together is the right fit, and agree on the best next step — for both of you.
-
If the Clarity Call confirms it's the right fit, you'll be invited to begin Clarity to Implementation. Roisin will discuss availability, next steps and what to expect from there.
-
The Clarity Intensive is a two-hour behaviour mapping session — the first phase of Clarity to Implementation. Using a structured framework, patterns are identified, pressure points are surfaced, and the primary driver behind the behaviour becomes clear. Parents leave knowing what they're actually looking at — and where to begin.
-
Implementation is an eight-week process across four sessions — the second phase of Clarity to Implementation. Based on what the Clarity Intensive reveals, a personalised curriculum is built and taught directly to parents. This includes the language, scripts, strategies and home-based systems specific to their child and family. Email support is included throughout.
-
The Behaviour for Learning process is offered as a complete package — from initial behaviour mapping through to implementation and ongoing support.
Investment starts from $5,000. For families with more than one area of concern, additional support options are available.
The details of the process, what's included, and whether this is the right fit for your family are all covered in the Clarity Call.
-
Investment in Clarity to Implementation starts from $5,000. This is a private-paying service — NDIS and Medicare rebates are not currently available.
Payment can be made in full upfront, or in two instalments — the first to secure your place, and the second 30 days later. If you'd like to understand everything that's included before applying, click here.
-
All sessions are delivered via Zoom — no travel, no waiting rooms. Sessions are scheduled outside standard office and school hours, so working parents and families with school-aged children can access support without disrupting the day.

My work focuses primarily on supporting parents.
Real behaviour change happens in repeated moments at home, every day. By building a precise understanding of what's driving the behaviour and equipping parents with the tools to respond consistently, change becomes far more sustainable than it would be through direct child intervention alone.
Many parents are surprised to learn this — and most find it more empowering than they expected.
-
Yes. The Clarity System is a self-directed product for parents who want to work independently. It uses the same behaviour mapping framework at the heart of the Clarity to Implementation process — giving you a structured way to identify what's driving behaviour, understand patterns, and know where to focus.
Unlike a one-time read, it's a reusable tool — something you can return to as your child develops, or apply to other children in your family.
