You've tried everything.
You're not getting it wrong —
you're missing one piece of information.
Specialist behaviour support for families who are ready to understand what's really going on — and finally move forward with clarity and confidence.
Does this sound familiar?
You've tried strategies. Some work briefly. None of them last.
You feel like you're managing each crisis rather than understanding the pattern
Professionals have given you advice that makes sense in theory but falls apart at home
You're not sure if what you're seeing is behaviour, anxiety, a developmental profile — or all three
You've started to wonder if you're the problem
You know something is being missed. You just don't know what.
You're not lacking effort or commitment. You're lacking the right starting point.
Most families don't need more strategies. They need someone who can see what others have missed. Many parents aren’t lacking effort — they’re lacking clarity.
Behaviour is always communicating something. The question is whether the people around the child understand what it's saying.
When behaviour feels unpredictable, exhausting, or resistant to everything you've tried — it isn't a sign that the child is beyond help or that you've failed. It's a sign that the real driver hasn't been identified yet.
That's where this work begins.
What makes this different
Most behaviour support focuses on the child — what they should do differently, how to manage their responses, how to reduce the difficult moments.
This process starts somewhere else entirely.
Before any strategy is introduced, we build a precise understanding of what is actually driving the behaviour — the patterns, the pressure points, the hidden drivers that explain why nothing else has worked.
Real behaviour change happens in repeated moments at home, every day. Which is why this process works primarily with parents — equipping you with the understanding and tools to lead lasting change in the environment where it matters most.
Most parents are surprised to learn that I often work primarily with them, rather than directly with the child. The results speak for themselves.
Clarity
The starting point is understanding. Through the Clarity Intensive, we identify what's actually driving the behaviour. Patterns, pressure points, hidden drivers. You leave knowing what you're looking at.
Family Accord is a complete, structured process — from understanding what's driving behaviour to confidently implementing change at home.
Implementation
Based on what the Clarity Intensive reveals, a personalised curriculum is built and taught directly to you. Eight weeks, four sessions, email support throughout. Real strategies for real moments — specific to your child and your family.
Support
Children grow and circumstances change. Cultivate provides ongoing monthly support to maintain momentum, refine your approach, and continue building on what's been established.
Investment from $5,000.
What families say
These are not stories about easier behaviour. They are stories about understanding — and what becomes possible when families finally have it.
