Specialist behaviour support that starts with understanding.

For families who are ready to find out what's actually driving the behaviour, and finally know what to do.

Does this sound familiar?

You're exhausted from managing each moment rather than understanding the pattern.

Everyone has an opinion. Nobody has an answer.

You've already tried the appointments, the strategies, the advice.

You're not looking for more of the same.

You've started to wonder if you're the problem.

You're ready to actually understand what's driving it — so you can do something that lasts.

If any of this sounds familiar - you’re in the right place.

How can I support your family?

Most behaviour support focuses on the child. This process starts somewhere else entirely.

Most parents are surprised to learn that I work primarily with them — rather than directly with the child.

When parents understand what's driving the behaviour and have been explicitly taught how to respond, that dynamic difference travels with the child.

Into school.

Across settings.

Long term.

Family Accord is a structured, three-phase process — designed to move families from uncertainty to confidence, in the right sequence.

A clear path forward

Phase 1

Clarity Intensive

Understanding what's actually driving the behaviour

A focused behaviour mapping session using the Clarity Lens. Together, we identify the patterns, pressure points and hidden drivers behind what you're seeing at home. You leave knowing exactly what you're looking at — and where to begin.

Phase 2

Implementation

A personalised curriculum built and taught directly to you

Eight weeks. Four sessions. Email support throughout. Based on what the Clarity Intensive reveals — real strategies for real moments, specific to your child, your family, and your daily life at home.

Phase 3

Progress & Next Steps Review

Consolidating what's changed and what comes next

A dedicated completion session that reviews progress, consolidates what's working, and identifies priorities for the period ahead. You leave with clarity on where you've come from — and where to focus next.

Each phase builds on the last. Nothing is introduced before the foundation is in place.

What families say

These aren't stories about easier behaviour. They're stories about what becomes possible when a family finally understands what's been driving it.

Working with Roisin created more of an understanding, balance and harmony in the household. My son saw I was on his side — we are a team. It made a huge difference.

Sophia, Adelaide — parent of two neurodivergent children.

Came seeking strategies. Left with understanding.

Roisin helped me advocate for the additional support my son required at school, and helped us develop strategies that actually improved our home life. Better educational outcomes and a calmer home for the whole family.

Janine, Adelaide — parent of child with ASD and ADHD.

Had been managing alone. Now leading change with confidence.

When working with Roisin, expect a calm, respectful, and solutions-focused approach. She listens deeply, builds strong partnerships, and brings clarity and confidence to challenging situations. Her support is practical, non-judgemental, and grounded in best practice.
