Apply to Work Together

Something has shifted — or it's been building for a while and you've reached the point where continuing as things are no longer feels workable. Most parents who arrive here weren't casually browsing. Someone they trust pointed them in this direction, and they're ready to understand what's really going on.

This page will help you decide whether this is the right kind of support for you, what working together actually looks like, and what happens if you apply. It's worth reading properly before you continue.

What this work is

I help parents understand what's driving their child's behaviour — not just what's happening on the surface, but the underlying patterns that keep it repeating.

That might look like ongoing emotional outbursts, school refusal, aggression, anxiety, or a child who seems to shut down or push back no matter what you try. Often, by the time families get here, they've already made a real effort — and nothing has quite held.

Most of the work happens with you. That's intentional. When you have a clear understanding of what's actually driving your child's behaviour, and a way of responding that fits your child, change becomes consistent rather than temporary. Things often begin to shift more quickly than expected — not because you're doing more, but because you're doing what actually works.

Who this tends to suit

This is usually a strong fit if:

  • Your child's behaviour feels difficult to make sense of, is escalating, or is starting to affect daily life in a way that feels unsustainable

  • You're looking for real understanding, not just another set of strategies to try

  • You're open to looking at your own responses and making adjustments where needed

  • You're at the point where something needs to change — not just gathering information, but ready to act

  • You're willing to invest properly in resolving this, rather than managing it indefinitely

This is probably not the right fit if:

  • You're looking for someone to work intensively one-on-one with your child

  • You want quick, surface-level strategies without the deeper work underneath

  • You're not yet at the point where you're ready to make this a priority

What happens after you apply

I read every application personally.

If it feels like a genuine fit, I'll be in touch within two business days to invite you to a 15-minute Clarity Call — a focused conversation where we look at your situation together and decide whether working together makes sense, for both of us.

If it's not quite the right fit at this point, I'll let you know and point you toward a more suitable option.

If we do move forward, the process is Clarity to Implementation — a focused process where deep understanding of your child translates into practical, tailored changes you can apply immediately in your day-to-day life.

This is a considered commitment, and it's designed to be. The families I work with are ready to address this properly, not circle around it. If that's you, I'd like to hear from you.

Before you fill this in

Reaching out when things feel this hard takes something. The questions below are the first step — and they matter.

They take around 10 minutes and are designed to give me a clear picture of what's going on, so our conversation can start somewhere meaningful rather than from scratch.

Answer as honestly as you can. There's nothing to get right.
